PLR Adds Three New Clients

Porter, LeVay & Rose has recently added several companies to our new client roster, providing diverse opportunities for investors and further complimenting our focus on growth in the microcap market. Masterpiece Investments (MPI) is a private company dedicated to producing fine art for the general public. MPI utilizes charity auctions, gallery sales, trade shows and online auctions to promote and sell limited edition works of renowned artist Lorenzo Ghiglieri. The company also sells artwork produced by his children, Laran Ghiglieri and Rebecca Clark. The company also has a Bullion division, from which prospective buyers can purchase silver bullion bars and fine art medallions featuring Ghiglieri’s sculptures (such as the one pictured below). MPI’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Additive Workshop, owns leading-edge CAD and 3D-imaging and modeling technologies and gives the company the capability to scan and rescale any object to size, with perfect accuracy. Additive’s precise digital copying capabilities have numerous industrial as well as artistic applications which enhance MPI’s future growth prospects.

PLR has also added to its roster Chiurazzi International LTD., whose Chiurazzi Foundry Collection has amassed more than 1,500 moulds of iconic sculptures from the Renaissance, Italian, and Classical time periods. Chiurazzi International LTD. is 50% owned by Masterpiece Investments. Chiurazzi’s assets include moulds of original works by Michelangelo, Bernini, Cellini and Giambologna. Chiurazzi reproductions of famous sculptures can be found in the finest museums across the world, including the Louvre Museum in Paris, the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, and the Vatican Museums in Vatican City, just to name a few. Prominent and influential families such as the Queen of England, the Ringlings, the Rockefellers and the Vanderbilts have all supported the Chiurazzi Foundry Collection and collected these famous reproductions for their own homes and private galleries. Additionally, Chiurazzi works are also in the art collections of a number of prominent universities worldwide.

Shifting our focus from art to agriculture, new client Terra Tech Corp. specializes in controlled environment agricultural technologies. Integrating best-of-breed hydroponic equipment with proprietary software and hardware, Terra Tech provides sustainable solutions for indoor agriculture enterprises and home practitioners. Some of Terra Tech’s most astounding products include the Commercial Hydroponic and Aeroponic Systems with 'ADS' Automated Dosing Systems, Digital Atmospheric Controllers: Lighting, Humidity, C02 and more, and Commercial Greenhouse Manufacturing.
